Wow... Just... Wow... Sat waiting for water (and service) for an hour. Another 45 minutes to finally get our food. Looking... around, same situation for ALL the other tables. Apparently the To Go orders were the top priority. On Halloween Night in WestHollywood, just after the bars had all closed. Uhhhmmm... What? Probably one of the busiest nights of the year (ie. Good Tips!)and you're most concerned with all the people NOT sitting in the restaurant??! ???? Brilliant. But, at least we're all a fewpounds lighter now after the resulting chaos that was unleashed upon our insides... One star only because Yelp won't allow meto do less. What's the opposite of a star? Staff are absolutely lovely, and they deserve so much credit. The BBQ burger was delicious but the steak was a bit fatty but... honestly what do you expect, for the price it was great. Although I have noticed that prices have been raised a bit since Ifirst started to come here which is understandable. Read more
The food was good, the service was good, the price was right. However, it was very hot in there. It was miserable for the... customers and the staff.The owner should maintain the building, fix the air conditioner, and remodel the interior. I'll bet thelast remodel was in the 70's. Staff is really nice and do very well , but you can tell they have more on their plate than they can handle. They are seriously... understaffed and it can show on the restaurant. Fortunately the staff does their best and prioritize customer service so theexperience was not bad at all. Food was also nice. My gf loved the French toast Read more
Great options for breakfast and pancake is a must! Seated as soon as we came in. Friendly staff. Food was served quick, hot,... and very tasty. Awesome choices for breakfast. They also have different types of butter, jam and syrups. Read more
We were 3 times there. The first two times Martha was our waitress and she was really annoying, because when we were eating, she... came to us like a thousand times and asked us if everythings alright. If a waitress does this one time, then it's like reallynice but if she does it too often then I feel interrupted while eating and that's just rude. And the third time was a fewminutes ago. No one came to us and we waited for like half an hour and there weren't a lot of people. The waitresses were doingnothing, instead of coming to us and let us order. One waitress even asked us after 20 minutes if we haven't ordered yet andafter we told her, no one was coming, again. I will never go to an iHop ever again. Read more
I remember the days when I was living under the steps of the very next block from this IHOP; I have to tell you the people here... treat me with such class and Grace as if they don't even remember that I was the same lady that used to Panhandle outside. it issimply amazing that people care enough to still allow you to feel human and understand that care about you have the mostdelicious delectable bacon steaks you ever want to put your mouth on. Chris went outside and they melt as soon as you put themin your mouth on the inside absolutely amazing the staff the Boris Javier and Christian are absolutely amazing I really reallyappreciate having breakfast without any social barriers is like just good people serving a good breakfast to another good human.No matter if your trans black white it doesn't matter just the Love is in the breakfast it's just amazing kudos to IHOP. Nice place, a good traditional breakfast. Extremely slow service. Mind your schedule if you decide to attend this place.
