Reviews for Hard Times Pizza Co in Los Angeles, CA
Pizza was really good just the space was kind of small so if you're going to order a pizza from here it's probly best if you... call it in. There's no dine in experience and there's two table only outside. Overall it looks like that place has some historyand the pizza is really good, especially the thick crust pizza, but if your planning to eat in it's probly not a good ideaunless it's slow. Here's my picture with the prices if anyone is interested . Read more
Pizza tastes really good. We ordered the Bronx pizza which is thin crust and the flavour did not disappoint. We loved that the... crust was a bit crunchy on the sides. The only thing is that it gets too soggy and oily in the middle but the taste made up forit. We also ordered the pesto pasta but unfortunately the taste was lacking. It was really bland even if we put a lot ofparmesan cheese, salt and pepper. The chicken wings were a little on the bland side too, good thing their sauces were tasty. So you need the sauce to enjoy the wings. The staff were all nice and accommodating and the place is fairly clean. Most of thetables are outside because the store is a bit small. I think they mostly get a lot of take-out orders. Read more
Best Pizza spot on the east side of LA. Nicely priced and tastes just as good as some of the $30+ pies in echo park and silver... lake. From the ranch to the tiramisu and the cheesecake to the deep dish and the pasta salad; Everything here is YUMMO. Read more

On my quest to find the most worth while pizza. I say worthwhile because from the point of view of any individual other than one... I know(note I know of one who has never had it and doesnt care for it) pizza is never bad. So worthwhile in that it was worthevery carb. The last great one was this place near Leimert Park by the name of Happy's Pizza. Gone now; dont know where theywent. Then the one before Happy's was Buono's Pizza in Echo Park, now also gone. Unless these two have reopened since my lastvisit. So back to this review. DELICIOSO, SPANISH for finger licking damm good. Have to say have only had their pepperoni. Alsotry their meat lasagna. Plus the kicker, which if you have read my past reviews, the bathroom was EMACULATE AND DARE I SAY,SMELLED NICE! Which would have been a deal breaker since it's right by the kitchen. Clean spotless kitchen. Seriously delectablepizza. Also, added bonus, both times I have been there the host taking one's order has been genuinely nice. My kids are finickyand won't give their approval that simply but they love, love this pizza. Read more
Cool spot, quiet & in the cut. I've been trying to come here for months but traffic on Glendale Blvd ain't no joke. I decided to... dine in & put together A couple of tables outside & grub with the Fam. I rocked the pepperoni deep dish, the girl who took myorder wasn't friendly at first but when we were done I went back in & thanked her for bringing the pizza to the table & choppedit up A bit & her mood changed & was nice & smiled. Pizza was dope! Definitely coming back here Read more
I quite like the pizza from here. The sauce isn't acidic or unnecessarily spicy. The crust is a better thin crust. Cheese pull... game is on point. The lady up front was so polite. I'm glad I live close by. Read more
