I actually ate at this restaurant twice while on business. The 1st day was okay. My server and the customer service was good,... however my steak was tough and the potatoes and broccoli seemed old. The second day I visited for a to go order. My server wasSarah, who was really sweet. After placing my order I noticed I had been waiting a long time for a salad. So there was oneserver at the bar. She was an older lady wearing a Drew Brees Jersey. I asked her if I could check on the progress of my order,she rudely dismissed me and basically told me in the most rudest way that I had to wait on the other server to find out. Thismade me feel like I wasn?t as valued as every other customer at the bar. Companies must realize customer service is soIMPORTANT. Hopefully that?s something you all can invest in. Pricey hotel bar that has an upscale feel. One of few in the area open late. Full bar with micro brews on draft. Parking sucks... but a garage is next door. Read more
Food is not great but will suffice when nothing else is open. Place is busy and service is meh. Be ready to order both drinks... and food the first time your waiter gets to the table. Pretty decent main TV setup but the picture is too low in the room andyou end up looking through people. Setup at bar is excellent. Would come back again if arriving in LA where nothing else withinwalking distance is open. $80 for three beers, a burger and tacos. Read more
I'll definitely pay another visit. The fried green tomato sandwich was good. I substituted the sourdough bread with their... biscuits. It was bomb???? The bartender was wonderful. Conveniently inside the hotel, nice service, but the prices don't make sense, the quality of food is mid range and the place is... falling apart: wet printed menu, TV screens are barely working, etc... 21$ for a cold cut Turkey sandwich with chips, it'sinsane! Read more
Was out visiting family and decided to go to the fun busy hotel restaurant. We should have just kept walking out of the hotel.... We ordered and drinks came fast but the food was slow. Ordered carne asada fries and they came out cold. We waited to ask ifthey could reheat it but our server was too busy sitting and talking with another table. We ate a disappointing meal and left. Iwould make excuses for the bad night but other tables were complaining and sending back food. Not worth the money we spent. Read more
