I'm Guatemalan and I love Guatemalan food but this place is horrible because they are serving less food and the prices have... increased a ridiculous amount. The girls taking your order are extremely rude and are incredibly unprofessional. Apparently theowner is the same. Love this place. I visit their bakery every time I?m in the area and do recommend their authentic Guatemalan food. Generally,... the customer service is great. However, my only complaint, which I have communicated to the staff and owner, is that they haveonly one handicap parking spot and every single time I do visit this place the handicap spot along with the extra spacedesignated for that spot is occupied by cars who do no have or do not display a handicap placard. At times, the restaurant?s ownstaff use that handicap spot to place trash bins, etc. The staff have not done anything to stop this issue. It?s disappointingand frustrating. Read more

This place would be fire if the food was fresh and hot. The food is very tasty don?t get me wrong but it was cold which kinda... killed it for me, hence the 3 stars. Staff was also so-so. They behaved as if they did not want to be there. If you are willingto take your food to go and then warm it up they you are in for a tasty treat. Read more
