It has been too long since I have been in NYC (thank you pandemic) to truly judge how welll their fancy water system is... replicating NYC dough, but, the dough is different from anything else in the area, and I really dug it. That said, the cheesedid not seem like the NYC cheese I remember, not that it was bad, just not quite NYC. ;-) Now lets talk about the wings. Thewings get 5 stars. We LOVED the wings. We tried the fire buffelo, lemon peper and, our favorite, the sweet chili! So good. Read more

I would give the pizza 7.5/10! No this is not the best pizza in LA, but yes it definitely hits the spot when you are craving a... quick slice of pizza. The setup makes it super easy to go in and out with a good quality slice in under 5 minutes!! They havesome other unique specialty slices that I would try in the future and I would definitely come back. The service is also reallygood, the workers are very kind. Read more

The only pizza spot around the area with vegan cheese. Man there were some terrible customers hitting on the staff. The waitress... was great to us but let the customer continue to harass her. I didn't feel that she was handling the situation in a professionalway by continuing the conversation with the man and allowing him to be disrespectful for at least 20 minutes nonstop. (I'llelaborate since I can't reply) Perhaps your staff needs more training on how to handle customers like that in a way that iscourteous to other customers. It made the time waiting for the pizza awful for me and my friend and I'll most likely avoidcoming there to eat knowing anyone could come in and continue to make a scene at the expense of everyone else around. It's nota place I can relax and feel like I'm in a professional business if people are allowed to carry on making a scene for such along duration. A professional response would be to stop replying to everything the man said and remain focused on the job, alsotell the man to stop harassing her and remind him this is a business, she's working and it's not a bar where that behavior makessense. You can understand that a business is indeed responsible for what is allowed to happen in the business. This is part ofthe atmosphere and service factored together. Food 3 Service 4 (because she was polite) Atmosphere 1 A 3 star rating The foodwas fine. Read more

This was some damn good pizza. I tried the Marg Pizza and the Phoenix. Marg Review: The thinness of the crust gave it a... satisfying crunchy but the end was still doughy and dusted with parmesan cheese. The sauce was some of the freshest I?ve had ina pizza, it tasted like a simple well-made tomato sauce. I feel like some more herbs and spices could?ve amplified the flavoureven more! The mozzarella was so warm when it came out that I had a couple good cheese pulls. Phoenix Review: This slice hasthe same crunchy crust that I loved but I preferred the simpler flavours of the other pizza. Having the buffalo sauce as thebase made it lack sauce which is probably my favourite part of a pizza. The toppings were good and I enjoyed the flavour of itoverall, I just would?ve made it spicier and saucier. Overall, this is a great pizza place, which walk in slices range from$3-5.50. It?s affordable and delicious! Read more
