Stopped in tonight got a single patty cheese burger and small Cajun fries. I was so disappointed with my order. The patty was in... pieces and they kept falling out from under the bun, which was cold by the way. And the Cajun fries were cold and dried out asif they were cooked hours ago. By far the worst experience I?ve had at a Five Guys. Next time I crave a burger and fries, Iwon?t spend my money with them. Read more
Highly OVERPRICED Five Guys compared to other locations. JUST a Little burger ALONE is a few cents shy of $10. Add a small fry... and a small drink and you?re looking at a $17 meal for one. And if that isn?t enough, you?ll be waiting 15 minutes for theburger to finish cooking while the fries sit in your bag losing freshness. No sense of urgency here and the amount of peopleworking you would think things would move quickly but they defeat the purpose. Lots of side convos with staff and very personalthings can be overheard. Overall just bad representation of the company. Read more
The food was 5?, love the fresh cut fries much better than In n Out, small soggy fries. I also ordered the little burger rather... than the regular burger which is one patty instead of two. It's a couple $ less. I like that you can choose which toppings toput on it. They even have mushrooms, love that. The price is a bit too high though. They have become extremely stingy with the fries. They used to fill your cup up and throw a decent amount of fries in the bag.... Now they don't even do that. One of the main reasons I went there was for the fries. Put more fries in the bag, please andthank you P.S. The food is always delicious though that's why it's hard for me to give such a bad review. $7 for a regular order of fries. Expensive for the quantity but they hit on quality.
