Reviews for Eilat Bakery in Los Angeles, CA
Literally First time coming there, got a cake that had mold inside as soon as I took the first bite. Asked for a refund, and the... lady immediately showed her true colors ???? horrible customer service and such a dissatisfying experience. I thought their cakewould be good and instead it turned into a Shitshow in 2 seconds Read more
I?m sure there food is good, but when I went in to get something it was like pulling teeth to get them to tell me how much it... costs. Asked a number of times how much it costs! By the pound was told a few times and then the lady started getting annoyedwith me. Finally said, yes by the pound, but how much? Finally she said $16.95 per pound. I just turned around and walked outwithout saying a word. Outrageous prices even if it is a kosher bakery. Read more
The most delicious marzipan danish, our favorite. We bought a delicious birthday cake that was finished to the last crumb. It... was fresh moist and delicate and we were able to get a personalized birthday greeting on a peice of chocolate to top the cakewith Read more
Rarely rate a business less than 3 and always give a shop more than one chance because any business can have a bad day. Too... many years of experiences of rarely fresh goods and unhappy employees... a bad combo. Seems to cater to people who thinkRobertson Blvd is in East LA and ownership seems to think it has a captive market. Used to love their almond croissants butthey have been undercooked and spongy for over 3 years. Let me know when there is new ownership and I'll be happy to re-review. Read more

Everything is filthy, meals are overpriced, lots of flies, bakery items don't even taste good - staff is too busy watching... YouTube videos to clean anything. Read more
The worst service ever received from traveling around the world. Eggs are either uncooked egg yolks or hard as plastic (not to... mention the amount of oil that was lathered on the so called "egg"). There's absolutely no customer service. They do not evenknow the meaning of the word. The cashier told me in quote "I am right, you are wrong". What ever happened to the customeralways being right. I spent over $50 and walked out with nothing - no refund. In the food business, any place must have a refundpolicy to accommodate to a customer's diet, however, they do not. The looks may be deceiving, but the food and service areabsolutely horrible. Read more
Unfriendly staff. Went today to buy cookies and the guy behind the counter was so rude. I wish the Beverlywood Bakery still... open. I won't be coming back here again. Read more
