The best Mediterranean food in DTLA in my opinion. Incredible flavor and quality ingredients. Grab a fresh sourdough loaf with... your order - you won?t regret it. Dining in is not great - not many seats, and we?ve had food taken by passing homeless.Everything else is soooo on point though. Read more

Absolutely delicious Mediterranean restaurant located right in the heart of downtown Los Angeles, making it the perfect lunch... stop on a sunny summer weekend. All of their seating is outdoors, but you'll be shaded from the sun with their lovely olivegreen umbrellas, and the service is still incredible from the moment you take a seat to when you leave for your next LAadventure. You can order from a window in the storefront, and all of the utensils, napkins, and water is available atself-service stations on the edges of the restaurant area. All of their food is delightful and incredibly fresh. I enjoyedtheir hummus and tabbouleh plate, subbing out the pita for cucumber for their gluten-free option, and every single part of itwas absolutely delicious! They were incredibly generous with the hummus, and the tabbouleh (which is made with quinoa andtherefore also gluten-free!!) tasted incredibly fresh and all-around wonderful. Both the rich, creamy hummus and light tabboulehpaired perfectly with the super flavorful pickled turnips and radishes, olives, and marinated cabbage and onions. The cucumbers(or, if you aren't gluten-free, flatbread) were perfect for scooping up the last bits of hummus at the end of the meal andbreaking up the saltiness and powerful flavors of the other parts of the platter. My parents tried out their hummus and grilledchicken plate, as well as their hummus and lamb plate, and they were both incredibly impressed by the quality of the meat (andflatbread) and the way both proteins paired with the hummus and pickled veggies. I really appreciate how clearly all of theirallergens were marked, and the staff was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and accommodating of dietary restrictions. All inall, whether you're vegetarian or not, gluten-free or not, allergic to nuts or not, Dune has something for you, and I canguarantee that it'll be fresh and delicious. Read more

Great hummus and falafel. Tasty and fresh, be sure to ask for hot sauce. No seating inside, there are a few tables out front,... some with umbrellas. Primarily setup for pick up/take out. Definitely worth visiting. Read more

Tastes great. Ordered the Lamb Mezzanine Plate. Good quality food, flavorful and well cooked. Three stars due to value for... money. The plate is $18 and you get no rice, 2 pieces of lamb about 3oz meat and 2 large farlafalle. If no pita is requested , arice substitute instead of extra cucumber would be great. And for $18 the lamb portion or meat portions in general on the platesneed to come up to 5-6oz to be fair value for take out. Otherwise it?s like you overpaid for a salad with a small amount ofmeat. Other than the cost factor, great food!! Would recommend. Read more

Honestly, I just had a basic order of falafel and it was delicious. They added a delicious sauce and paired it with fresh dill.... The falafel had a great crunch.???? Customer service was very uninviting though. Ultimately, we ended up leaving to anotherrestaurant because we weren't greeted nor were we directed to seating. Which they had, despite us asking. I adore Dune. Fresh, delicious and vibrant Mediterranean food. Way better than any fast casual ought to be. Such a gem here in... DTLA. Wish they just had a few more seats to dine in, but you?ll feel extra special if you snag one of the sidewalktables. Highly recommended. Read more
