Awful service. Ordered thru the app. Got assigned this location. Put my phone number in the delivery instructions for them to... call when arriving. Then I went and waited in my building lobby, which has windows facing the street. The app said my driver wasapproaching. I walked out to see the driver not even attempt to pull over and stop. Just flipped a u-turn and went back to thestore. Never even called me. I tried calling the store and it said they were closed. I drove to the store, saw my order sittinginside the store. I knocked on the window numerous times to get someone's attention. The employee finally looked up. When Ipointed at my order, he just looked at me, ignored me and walked into the office. Read more

This place is terrible. Only reason we used it is because they are assigned as our delivery location. Our order was on its way... and once the driver was 2 blocks away, the time changed to 26 more mins and right after it got marked as delivered. We calledthese people and the only excuse was "driver has several deliveries". Wouldn't answer our question regarding why it was markedas delivered. After the fifth time asking, they said "it'll be 15-20minutes". After another 30+ mins, the driver shows up half ablock away, lost and confused...
