I hate this place i order by phone and I ask for a ranch cuz I forgot and he hung up the phone soo rude
Oof. This particular location is BAD bad, at least with pizza delivery (I?ve never done takeout). The pizza is always late, room... temp and soggy from sitting in its own grease. My most recent delivery was a cheese pizza that was 80% sauce and 20% cheese.Last time my pizza was so undercooked I had to put it back in the oven. Not sure what?s goin on? I've been to this location several times and every order either has been late or wrong. Ive tried contacting support several... times and no answer - here is a photo of my last order. The receipt clearly states a pepperoni pizza with spinach onions andolives and I received a cheese pizza with tomatoes, peppers, mushrooms etc... like the order is completely wrong... lol Thelast time I went there I ordered for pick up and arrived at the pick up time and they made me wait like an additional 30-40 min.I was the first one to arrive at the store and shortly after other customers arrived and waited in line behind me. Everyone waswaiting for a long tine too but everyone else got their order before I did even though I was the first one in the store. Turnsout they forgot my order so they made it on the spot and when I arrived home, the toppings were wrong.... Extremely frustratedwith this store. If I could give them zero stars I would. I made an order and saw on the tracker that after left the oven it was another 65... minutes before it went out for delivery. Then the delivery took a further 35 minutes even though my place is less than 10minutes from the store. When I called to ask if they could give me an accurate delivery time I just had a rude response from theperson who answered. Ordered online and requested contactless carryout. I found a total of 18 people lined up and waiting for online orders. Waiting... over an hour and cannot get any information regarding my order. This, unfortunately, is not the first time I encounter this.This Domino's never answers the telephone. I am now wanting a refund of my online order and don't know how to go aboutrequesting it. Cheesy bread was completely gooey, raw dough on the inside as well as the interior cheese being unmelted. Not sure how that even... happens given Domino's roll-n-bake ovens. Pizza cheese wasn't completely cooked either so I figured the oven was broken and justthrew out the chicken wings for fear of salmonella. Just do yourself a favor and order somewhere else. Read more
Ordered a pizza at 7:45 PM. The website showed my pizza was delivered. However, I had no pizza in my house nor with a mouse. I... called the store to see what was the matter and I was NOT mad as a hatter. 15 minutes they said, quite cheerily. So I sat downand waited wearily.
