I spent $70 late Tue. Gave them 24hrz to contact me and tell me they gave me the wrong order but they never did and when I... called they said because I turned down the 20% off coupon I had to go online and file a complaint when I ordered from here. Imsick of spending my money with business that only care intill they gt your money and don't own up to their mistakes. Placed an order took almost 1 hour to receive plus when the staff made a mistake they wanted to give me ugly stuck cheese on the... box pizza and su sorry I saw everything and the manager was like it's OK not sanitary after every staff member touched and triedto fix my pizza. The Friday night crew are all a bunch of unproffessional,uncaring, disrespecting bunch of waste of the owners money...the... manager (Erick) has no customer service skills. He did not want to credit my card back after they purposely got my order wrongnor did he want to tell me the name of the employee who hung up on me more than 15 times. When I called to let them know themale answering the phone was slurring and sounded like he was under the influence, or just an immature teen, he kept hanging upon me everytime I asked to speak to the manager to the point where he kept hanging up or sending me straight to the automatedanswering system...I will never buy from here again and I am going to inform the franchise owner of how they are running theirbusiness.
