I placed an order with several items, got home and found that they didn?t give me two cheeseburgers I had ordered and paid for.... I kept trying to call the number on the receipt but they did not answer. So when I was back in that area (I stay in Glendale) Iwent and spoke to the manager (Claudia Sandoval) and explained to her what happened. She said she would have to look into it andget back to me. After a couple of days of not hearing from her I went back. And she told me that she couldn?t find records ofthe transaction and there?s nothing she could do. So I asked her for the number to corporate and she said there is no corporateand there?s no one above her I can speak too. And she wouldn?t even give me her name I had to get it from one of her employees.Then found the number to corporate on my own online and a report about the incident. Bottom line is she is a liar, rude to hercustomers, and a thief. I had to go through all this trouble over food I paid for but didn?t receive. I don?t even care aboutthe food anymore, just wanted for them to acknowledge there mistake. She is not manger material. Read more
Omgosh this is the 4th day I?ve had diarrhea in a row after eating a chicken soft taco and 2 hardshell tacos at this location.... Something tells me, sanitation practices or food preparation might be suspicious. Read more
Del Taco gives you small portions of food like their fries also bring back your avocado bowls those were good all drinks should... be a dollar like McDonald's Read more
went again, second time carne asada fries disappoint ???? they were cold and mind you I had them immediately after ordering.... There also was a large piece of hard avocado :( and could not really eat more than a few fries of this? the minute maid drinkwas okay though and so were the crunchy tacos but Do NOT i repeat DO NOT have the carne asada fries here they will suck! Ialways get the breakfast toasted wrap, bacon, no sauce and enjoy it. Also the minute maid strawberry drink is pretty good. Ikeep forgetting to ask for the drink without ice or light ice (think the drink would be better that way) anyway this location isnext to a sprouts! I like their breakfast items (epic scrambler, hashbrown sticks, toasted wraps) but have yet to try the epicscrambler at this location, will update. Post # 1 (12/10/21): One of the best and tasty deals I have found here is the $1 crunchtada tostada- with beans, cheddar cheese,... lettuce, and sauce. I prefer them without the lettuce. I believe Del Taco does have better cheddar cheese and fried beans thanother similar food chain restaurants. Really love the crunchtada tostada- some days, I drive thru just for one or two- that?sall. Drive-thru staff are friendly & helpful- Thank you???????????????? As a Del Taco connoisseur, I have to say this location really doesn't cut it. They skimp on guacamole, and the burritos/tacos... are literally half the size/weight compared to other Del Tacos in the area. They are clearly skimming ingredients to increaseprofit margins. One of the worst examples was on a Thursday when I ordered three chicken soft tacos. They were mostly lettucewith maybe a tablespoon of chicken in each taco. Needless to say I was still hungry afterwards. Do yourself a favor and go to adifferent location. Read more
Sat in the drive thru for a solid 20-25 minutes. When we got to the window, both workers we could see, one being a manager, were... just sitting on their phones. Unreal. And after we got our food, they STILL messed up our order. Read more
