Do they take a blowtorch and char the crust? Seriously, there's A LOT of char on the crust. I definitely like char on my pizza... but this was too much. Keep in mind that this pizza is way better than anything from an American pizza restaurant. I stillprefer Pizzazz in Brent wood. Read more
