I?m a delivery driver & the process for picking up is ridiculous. Absolutely infuriating to be told i have to sign in/check in... for first off an order that is my customers order. & i have to use my own phone number which makes me sign up for their promos.Just to get a message that said it was ready quite literally 2 seconds after i check in. i go BACK to the counter to show thesame thing i showed a second ago. & get handed a bag that was sitting on the shelving right behind her. i could see the bag thefirst time i asked when i was turned down to go sign in. My GF and I ordered from goop and Cali's teriyaki. The food went out in 20 minutes and it was great! The staff was very helpful... and checked on our orders. Surprised the guys have so many negative reviews here but I think they did a great job last time. Weliked the concept and gonna be more often here. Read more
Just be aware if you?re a walk in, this spot is ?The Colony? style setup. It?s a multi restaurant service center in one... spot. You order on a kiosk or via QR code on wall and pick up there with up to 20 different restaurants on location. You canmix and match too. They text you to confirm and text you when it?s ready. I ordered main chick hot chick 3 piece tendersMedium, Creamy Coleslaw, 1 Leg Quarter, Buttermilk Ranch, MC Sauce. The chicken was just as great as the stand alone ?MainChick? so it?s good to go. This feels more like an order and pick up spot but there is optional indoor or outdoor seating.Feels like a food court style setup in one spot. Also they do sell alcohol too. After reading all the negative reviews i feel i have to write my experiences. I have been coming / ordering from here for over a... year now. Granted i always get Main Chick Hot Chicken. It's Amazing. Every. Single. Time. I Order, sit and have a beer while Iwait for the food. Walk home, eat and be happy. Alot of complaints here though so maybe other restaurants are dumpster fires. Logistical nightmare every time I order, whether it's delivery or pickup. Food is Ok from most places there, but the pain and... suffering of trying to receive what you paid for typically outweighs that. I would avoid unless desperate. Read more
A little nauseous from my food, but that?s to be expected when you order smothered cheese fries! I got the JackFruit Cafe... smothered fries. They were delicious. The vegan cheese was a bit much but not terrible, it?s just so rich in its flavor. Mymother got the Honey BBQ chicken wings. She didn?t like how much sauce was smothered on them and without wet naps. Pleaseprovide those as a courtesy. It?s really silly that you don?t have them. There is no courtesy water bar (they would be lovely).I was completely shocked at the timeliness of when I put the order in and receiving the order. We got our order within about 15minutes. Last time I was here, which was many months ago, it was a disaster. Big improvement. I?ve never had rude customerservice.
