I come here for lunch and get a smoothie. The smoothies are pretty good and a nice alternative to other options. They cost $7... for a small and $8 for a large. The large cups are double the size for only a dollar more. Last time I went for lunch theworker was helping 3 others and I waited more than 10 minutes in line only to be told that they did not have ice and could notmake smoothies. I would recommend going but not if you are in a time crunch. Read more

Empty place with only 3 or 4 flavors and not a lot of options. I asked for the founder's favorite and they didn't have any... ingredients to make it. I asked for another flavor and didn't have it either. Read more

What place closes 30 min early and denies customers??? This is not the first time this location has done this. Cold stone is my... favorite ice cream spot but these employees are making that decision change. Great job!! Read more

The Ice Cream is delicoussss! I honestly love it although the staff seem to be very quiet, they don?t say hello when you walk... in, and don?t seem very happy or motivated. But they do their job and always seem hardworking but maybe a positive brightattitude would be nice :) ! Read more

Waffle cones were not fresh they were really stale. Out of alot of mix-ins. Not a pleasant visit. Looked dirty. Ice cream was... so soft it melted really fast. My ice cream looked like a melted shake. Read more

I love Cold Stone but this location had by far the worst customer service experience. All the flavors weren?t frozen, they only... had the most random flavors out and even those were melted. They had roughly only 6 melted flavors like banana, pistachio,cookie dough, chocolate, and sugar free vanilla. The flavors weren?t the issue but the employee who was extremely rude. NathalieL. was by far the rudest employee I have ever come across, keep in mind I have worked at an ice shop before and have a roughidea of the work norms. I?m a very passive person so it was to my surprize when she was annoyed when I let her know the icecream scoop she had given was completely melted. She replied ?do you want it or not ? in a very inappropriate manner. Keptstaring me and down as if there was a personal issue. I had just come out of work while in my work uniform. She could have verylikely thought it was okay to treat me the way she did because I was also an employee in fast food as she could not keep her eyeaway from my work shirt. At the end of the day, I just came in for ice cream so I was content with the melted ice cream I paidfor but the customer experience I walked out with was just nasty and horrible. Read more

I walked in at 8:57pm with other people and they served them and they didn't serve us because they said that they only have 3... more minutes to serve them and they were very rude to us. Their hours on Yelp and google said that they close at 10pm and when Isaid that I drove all the way from Hollywood and it's not fair they serve other people who came at the same time and they don'tserve us, they said well we have the right to refuse service to anyone.
