Cicero's is a great local pizza spot. We have been ordering for years. The quality and service has always been great. We... recently placed a larger order for a birthday party and the entire process was easy. Many guests complimented the pizza as well.Highly recommend. Read more

To thank the employees @ Royal Stone and Tile for providing me with excellent customer service I decided I'd surprise their... workers with lunch. To make it simple I decided on pizza. I googled "local pizza polar." Although they only had a 4.2 rating Idecided since they were the closest i'd give them the benefit of doubt and call anyway. I called to place an order for deliveryand I could not believe how rude and disrespectful the order taker was. I suspect he was having a bad day so I tried to lift hisspirits but his tone/energy never improved. When I asked if I could speak to someone else he responded by hanging up the phone.I called back he answered the phone again so I asked to speak with the manager. He told me the manager did not have time for methen he hung up again. Since three time's a charm I decided to call back hoping someone else would answer. The person whoanswered sounded a little different so again I asked to speak with a manager. He said "this is the manager." I began to tell himabout how rude the previous person was. Out of nowhere he starts yelling at me. To my surprise it was the same person disguisinghis voice and pretending to be the manager. I hung up and called another pizza shop (E Che Pizza & Pasta) Is it me or has theculture of providing good "customer service" become a thing of the past?
