Don't ever step off of your car because the homeless have adapted into the environment in which they will harass and bug you... till you buy them a number 3 with an extra chicken wing bit you only went there to buy a number 1 and this getting out of hand.Just use drive thru if you wanna keep your sanity Read more

First time trying this restaurant and the chicken tenders were good but a bit on the dry side. Service was good. Low Customer Service. The staff needs a Customer Training ASAP. Got my order wrong a few times. Missing items. Today, while... waiting in line for my order, the customer ahead of me was also missing an item from the order. The server responded "You didn'task for fries" "You only asked for Chicken". "You didn't say fries". (the customer asked for fries, twice btw) Perhaps shedidn't hear the complete order. In that case, the correct course of action would be to ask the customer if her would like friesnow,, prepare an order of fries and have the customer pay. Read more

Horrible service... When ordering the combo meals (5pc Tenders) I've received 3pc meal instead 3x over the last few visits. I... dismissed it the first time. Second time, I called the location and there was no answer. I went back in person and showed themthe receipt. I was given two Tenders in a box. The last time was two days ago and once again I returned to the restaurant. Thefood was cold. I asked if I could get a new batch since it had been over 30 minutes. I was told "No" That I was only able toget what was missing from my order. The store was not busy. One drive-thru and two customers inside. Read more
