This place is either understaffed or they just can't handle the volume of customers. Had one car ahead of me in the drive thru... lane and over 20 mins went by. Both vehicles were never attended to. Why have a drive thru if you aren't going to have anyonework that line. Tried getting off and it was over 30 mins wait and there was only 3 customers inside. Read more
Lady was washing her windows inine, onlyntook 15 minutes They handed me my meal w out my bev, no biggie! I got the smokehouse... combo w a sweet tea. The skin was like bacon and the meat itself was dripping w juices and tender. A little bit salty, but stillbetter than their regular chicken. Read more
Omg omg omg omg the food was sooooooooo gross. ABSOLUTELY UNEATABLE. I've never had food this dry and old ever in my life. The... chicken had to have been at least several hours old. Even the mashed potatoes and gravy was on eatable. The gravy had turnedinto some sort of gelatin. Apple pie was basically burnt and solid all the way through. The chicken was so dry and hard that'syou couldn't even bite it. Instead of giving any of this to my dog I threw it all away. There was literally nothing that I caneat. if you don?t want to work, just go home. I know you tried to pick the smallest piece of chicken ????but at least can you tell me... if this is chicken leg or a part of chicken wing. This is the worst place of all, you get to ask for a chicken menu and they put some recording on you that tells you about a... single offer of which you ask for chicken and they don't answer you anymore and they leave you waiting for almost 10 minutes!!! without responding!
