Service was good. Gals behind the counter were welcoming, kind and helpful. I was able to get my non dairy meatless option.
9:33pm went inside to get 3 bowls. 2 of my bowls were prepared correctly and when it came to the 3rd bowl, the food preparer... said there was no more lettuce "we're out of lettuce". Even though the first two bowls had lettuce. I have a feeling the workerdidn't want to either chop another head of lettuce or open another bag. Although the food & food servers are all doing a good job, the fact that you prohibit paying customers from using the bathrooms... is ridiculous. I could go on about the whole "public bathroom issue", but really, when you pay for a meal & sit in the diningarea of a private business, you shouldn't treat your guests this way! Read more
I'm on a film set, and we just placed a modest order of 9 items, all of which were fairly straight forward. The order looked as... though it had been thrown or stuffed into the bags, all the items were smashed and leaking, the items were all wrong, my saladlooks like legitimate vomit, there's like 3 pieces lettuce in it-- one of which turned out to be a big piece of onion skin-- andtwo bites tasted like mold. This is the most foul, disappointing, disgusting meal I've eaten in my entire life. I'm a marinevet, and I've eaten mystery chow hall meat that, when compared to this, was a freaking delicacy. Chipotle gets "the lions share" of the business in this street-side food court...across from USC. Fresh ingredients draws the... crowd. The chicken is a bit fatty and grisly otherwise everything was what it should be. Fresh and tasty. Hard to hear when youorder so...shout what you want...pleanty of choices. Almost everything is spicy...so be careful with ordering if you don't..."like it hot"...some don't! Read more
Today I ask to wash my hands in the bathroom and the cashier said " it was out of order " ok no problem. I order my food and ... got a chicken burrito and chips with a large soda. When I sat down and open up my bag of chips, it had maybe 12 pieces, got upwent to the cashier and said " what is this? She look at me like I empty the bag on the table " WOW, this Chipotle is about theworst it gets. And the best part....as I was eating the same cashier opens up the door for a customer, that is the lowest thisperson can get! Chipotle you need to trained your staff with respect to the customers , we pay for your salary and it would beashamed if business stops for you guys. I would never come back to this dump! Read more
