Ordered an online order to pick up at 9:10 pm and it's one of the worse meals I've ever gotten from a chipotle. First off, the... food was super bland. Second, they put corn in my burrito which I DID NOT order in my burrito (I hate corn) which really ruinedmy meal. I ordered sour cream AND guacamole in my burrito and I got neither of the two in it. I literally just paid for my guacand didn't recieve it. So messed up man. Way to rob my money and on top of that the food flat out sucked. The restaurant lookedclosed inside with no food even displayed at the front. Seems like they were closed up at 9 pm and trying to get ready to go.Last time I checked you guys close at 10 and start prepping to close at 9:30. The guys who makes my bowl give me too little guacamole 2.65 dollars for very little
My rice came very hard, it was difficult to chew. I am assuming that they gave me the rice from the very bottom or the sides,... and the food could be better if they don't use the hardened rice. I had also asked for extra lettuce, and yet they only gave mea regular portion. However, the staff was very friendly and the food (aside from the rice) was good. Read more
Easy in and out eats at this location. Private small FREE parking lot (rare in Larchmont village). They make the huge bowls!
The service it's terrible staff are slow to serve and they don't even greet us when we get there the counter where they prepare... the food it's dirty full of ingredients they don't clean after serve, the rice beans and fajitas are cold, they did the orderswrong and when I told her hey I told you not guac she make faces and just take it out from my burrito and put it back it's notun safety to do that on health issues? She serve my food with out comments just annoyed, the place it's dirty just because welike customers pick up our plates after eat if not the place will be worse because you can't find a clean spot to eat so ldecide to get it for to go instead the manager need to train their staff to be polite and work happy they look miserable andthey treat us like they feel so dissatisfied Read more
