When you order a Chipotle burrito (at least the way I do), it has this melt-in-your mouth quality... where all the ingredients... blend together nicely... that's if they make it well. Didn't have a great experience here on my most recent visit. Chicken wasdry, beans and rice were both a little undercooked. The employee at salsa/cheese stations was really stingy with the toppings.So the ingredients were NOT as fresh as they could have been and didn't blend too well. Small location with dirty tables, onebathroom that's passable (but not as clean as it could be), and a broken soda fountain. There are three other Chipotles I visitregularly: - La Brea/Melrose - Beverly Blvd near La Cienega - Larchmont This one is by far the worst. I specifically came heretoday because it was the closest store near me that had the coveted Tabasco Chipotle sauce... the other locations are often outof it. That, and the fact this store has been speedy with having mobile orders ready on time in the past, are really the onlyredeeming qualities of this location. Read more
So, after not going to my local Chipotle for a month for the same reason I have encountered the same problem. It requires... management approval to give to give two dressings for each salad I ordered?!?!?! Really?!?!? The dressing container is only athird or fourth full. So no I don't think its unreasonable to ask for 6 for the 3 salads I ordered. Also read last week theyplanning a price increase. Surely the result of my wanting a saucy salad! Read more
I?ve used this location a few times and have come to a conclusion about the quality of the staff - Since I started using this... location consistently, the staff literally seem too lazy to prepare certain menu items and the drink-fountain is always out ofmultiple diet sodas. If I was the proprietor or manager I would be deeply concerned with the quality of people I choose to hire. Read more
One of the worst Chipotle franchises I?ve been to. Today my online order included a Cheese Quesadilla, except there was only a... pinch-ful of cheese in my CHEESE QUESADILLA. Literally whoever made the quesadilla picked up a pinch of cheese between twofingers and dropped it in the center of a tortilla. Basically I paid $9 for a slice of tortilla (see photo). Today, 05/16/2022, between 11:30AM-11:50AM, I experienced poor customer service. I requested half and half of meat, chicken and... steak, but when I opened up my bowl, I was very displeased to learn that my bowl had little to no meat. I truly understand theportions served on bowls should be one full scoop of any choice of meat, but in my case, this was unacceptable. Chipotle is oneof my favorite go-to restaurants. I always find myself satisfied with one bowl but at the end of this meal, I didn?t get thesatisfaction I was looking for. Read more
It was very good. It was my first visit here. Basically choices of tacos or burritos and chips with your choice of salsas. Both... hard shell and soft Taco choices where you chose 3 items to put on your mix and match 3 Taco plate chicken, beef or stringy wetbeef. Then your choice from the greens and veggies bar with your typical tomatoes, sour creme, lettuce and guacamole (isextra). Chips and salsa are separate but available. Fast and kind service. A huge step up from the other big corporatecompetitions. Read more
First of all I?m not going to lie, this is my FAVORITE fast food restaurant in USA, also when I was in Europe I went to Paris... and I eat at one of the two restaurants that the have there. This is a great place to it burritos, fast, great service and GREATtaste, would 100% recommend it. If you don?t eat to much make sure to share the burrito because they are really big!! Also Iwould recommend buying the chips they have a lime touch that makes them amazing, and you can pick whatever falls from yourburrito with them Read more
