BE CAREFUL when you order items through UberEats from this location. I ordered a burrito and decided to add chips and guacamole,... but my order only came with the burrito and guacamole. The chips were missing. I contacted UberEats about the issue, but theywere refusing to adjust the price I paid for, so basically I paid for an item I didn't even get to eat. Do better at your job! Whatever this location is doing? they need to KEEP doing it. The food is deliciously seasoned and fresh everytime! Yes, it... reminds me of 2014 chipotle and I love it. WHAT IS HAPPENING LOL WHY IS YOUR CHICKEN SOAKED IN SALT AND THEN SERVED TO US? lol I legit had to ask other customers if they... think the chicken is too salty and they all agreed! Usually it's an ok experience here but today it just wasn't the cashier's day I guess and she let us have it with her attitude... ??????????????? on top of that they burned my quesadilla it was extremely over done all dry and hard on the edges and she stillcharged me separately for it ???? we had payed for three drinks and when we asked for the other two she wanted to charge usagain but we showed her the receipt and she rolled her eyes and handed us the cups all in a bad mood ???? I don't understand whyit's not part of the training to learn how to leave your problems outside of work and learn how to give the best possiblecustomer service. I've noticed several business including chipotle locations have this issue ???? but I understand we are allhumans and perhaps it just wasn't the lady's day today. Worst Chipotle I?ve ever been or seen. My steak bowl was half empty and I asked to at least add some more rice and look at... amount of lettuce on my bowl. From my understanding, they basically were trying to avoid prep work. Also when I did find a forkin utensils area the guy at register very unfriendly told me that they have only spoons. I don?t really mind using a spoon, butthe way he said that was like I?m asking about a ticket to the Moon. Bad management. Very disappointed! Read more
