Just such an embarrassing chipotle location. Consistently understaffed, out of items (have been completely out of forks multiple... times), don?t even think about going after like 8pm because they?re out of everything. I ordered online and ended up waiting for a while in the store because my food wasn?t on the shelf. Finally I asked about my... order and it was being held in the kitchen. No one let me know and there was no indication on the shelves. I get home and openmy food and this is what it looks like. The guac isn?t even guac it?s just avocado ? There?s no onions, tomatoes, cilantro orseasoning in it. The rice is just white rice with no cilantro or anything. We are tourist and don't know how to order, so i asked the waiter to make the same as he made for the customer in front of me.... No you have to choose was the answer on a agressif way. After my Friend helped me with choose je completely ignor me and madethe menu by trowing the food in the bowl. After i talk to nu friend and family, about this and want to leave, hé get angry andthrow the bowl away and say i could not handle this, and walked away. We went out without eating. At least for normal ordering at the restaurant, it seems like everything is pretty much fine. The portions are basically the... same compared to other locations in the US, and the place is generally clean. However, it did look like some of the staff therewere low on energy, so to say. I will never be ordering from Chipotle delivery again, I will use my rewards and once they are used up I will be taking my money... to local businesses instead like the El Barrio Neighbordhood Tacos for a same priced and much better burrito. The number forthis restaurant will not connect you with a real person, this restaurant always screws up the order and forgets something ordelivers cold food, the app doesn't have good AI and just closes on you when you try to chat with pepper, the support forchipotle just tells you to re-order the food when it takes you 3-4 hours to get you food. Chipotle only cares about taking yourmoney and not providing good food or a good experience. The amount of 1* reviews shows they don't care, never did, and only careabout your money. Don't go here even though this review will be lost in a sea of reviews and people only going for whats easylike chipotle. Support local businesses. Read more
