The best fast food I?ve ever had. The service is amazing, the chicken popcorn is amazing, the sauce is amazing. Amazing place!!
Went here five times while in town for a conference. Employees were great. Often circulated the dining area to refill beverages.... Only mixup I experienced was getting a chicken burrito instead of sausage. Security guard kept the urban outdoorsmen outside. Read more
I love Chick-fil-A, but this has to be one or the worst locations ever. I totally understand that because of their location the... staff have to be a little more stern but that should have been my first sign to leave. The cashier was very dry and looked likeshe didn?t want to be there. I?ve worked customer service so I know how that feels but you still have to do your best to attendthe clients. I bushed this off because I?ve had bad days too! But what got me was that once my food was ready it was cold. Thecheese wasn?t melted, the bread was ice cold, and I had a small piece of chicken. I didn?t care so much about the size but justthe fact that everything was cold made me feel like this sandwich was sitting out or they took it out from the fridge. I madesure it wasn?t just me inspected the sandwich and took off the pickles because I forgot to request it without them, (Ipersonally don?t like pickles), and left them on top of the bun. I went up to one of the guys and let them know my sandwich wascold and I would like another. He took it and showed his coworker and they gave it back into the kitchen and then they droppedit off into their ?ready order thingy? and they handed me a ?new? sandwich. I opened it up and I was like hmm this looksfamiliar and to make sure it was a new one I looked for pickles and not one in sight. I?m not stupid, obviously they handed methe same one. Chick-fil-As are just plain busy, but this one is overloaded and in response it?s overloaded w/ the ability to handle it. It... has takeout and delivery orders then seem impossible to have ready as quickly, and efficiently as they do. The staff is morethan kind, helpful and hard working.
