The food is always good & hot, the service is great! It may take longer than expected to get your order since it's the only one... in the area, in a busy Media area and across from Hollywood High school, right on a corner. I recommend being patient withplacing your order, even if you have a mobile order, as the line may be long. There is an issue homeless in the area so be awareof that. Read more

I always come here for a late night snack. The branch is open till midnight with out door seating. Staff are welcoming. And of... course excellent food. My favorite is the spicy chicken sandwich and don?t miss out on the chick-fil-a sauce. Amaaazing! Read more
Like most staff of these franchises, service is always excellent. The food is always good, not great but consistently good. My... only note is for there to be more awnings to cover customers from the dangerous heat of the sun when it beats down on you in theonly seating areas which this is a patio-type restaurant so no luck getting an air-conditioned room. Great Chicken burgers. I'm from the UK, so first time trying Chick-fil-A. I've had lots of recommendations to try & it was... pretty good. Thick juicy chicken fillet, soft tasty bun l, fresh salad in the burger & really good milkshakes too. I also had aside salad, which was tasty with the balsamic vinaigrette. Only 2 cherry tomatoes in though, so it was mainly leaves. Tried afew of the waffle fries, which I wasn't that fussed on to be honest. My daughter had the kids nuggets, which was a very smallserving for a 9yr old. I'd probably get her an adult meal next time. This branch has no eat in restaurant, just an outdoorseating area. You order from various walk up windows. They have fine spray machines though above the service points to keep youcool as you queue to order. Seating is noisy as you're right next to the road. They have customer toilets, accessible only via apin code from the staff. They have to let you in too but were incredibly helpful. It's a bit of a haphazard system to order.Only 1 window was open today, with quite a few people waiting. The lady taking the orde, though, would disappear off to makesome drinks every now again though, making the queue time longer than needed, even though there seemed to be plenty of otherstaff to do this. Once your order is ready they shout your name (which you?ve given) out the window, a la Starbucks. As othershave suggested, they could do with a McDonald's style order status screen. Plus, I think you can order for robot home deliveryat the moment, as they had 4 delivery robots lined up outside. Recommend a visit though, it seemed really good quality & tastyfast food. Read more
When it comes to eating clean should be a priority. If the tables where I am going to sit and eat is not clean it just tells me... my food is going to be as dirty as the propertie?s surroundings. Read more
Sometimes they cook for a long time, but VERY tasty! Definitely one of the best fast food restaurants in the USA... ???????????????? However, what I would add is a large screen that would show the name and status of the cooking of the productfor customers, the sound notification does not always work well, plus the staff may not announce the cooking of food, as theyare very busy. .. UPD: Some workers require sun protection, as the sun shines directly into their eyes in the evening and it isvery uncomfortable for them to work. Also for some reason they don't have salt and pepper. Unfortunately, I am adding a negative review for the ever so popular,, Chick fil A on Sunset Blvd. Hair was found in my fries... and that is a no-no. I know it wasn't on purpose but that is a major turn- off. The rest of our order was descent.. chickencould have been cooked a tad bit longer.
