Nice location if you're walking around the area. It?s a downtown location with no designated parking so you will have to park on... the street. Chick Fil A is usually pretty good so I haven?t had any issues here. It used to be a burger king I believe. Read more

The store manager is extremely racist to employees and customers. Will definitely not return and the operator shows how much he... cares about customer service by the lack of responses from customers that have had a bad experience at his franchise. Usually great service at any Chick-fil-A restaurant but at Westwood location 3 stars. I ordered on my lunch for dine in. I... received food and was told drink should arrive soon . I finished my food with no drink. Went up to counter after I've eaten tolet them know I didn't receive my drink while I was eating. All the did was give me a random drink sitting on counter saidsorry. I get it can get busy but you should only hand customer completed meals (food and drink at the same time).! Read more
