Worst drive thru ever. Waited around 30 min just to get my food
They get your order wrong while waiting for our order not kidding almost everyone went back to complain about missing items or... wrong items. The counter where they are making the food is completely dirty! They dont dust off the excess that falls whenmaking the burgers.. bad establishment ladies restroom hasnt been working for almost a month now they only let you use the mansrestroom.... Read more
The girl with the faded pink hair needs to check her attitude this was on 10/23 at 7:20-7:25ish. I've always visited this Carls... Jr and the service is always exceeded my expectations. However today it did not, my dad and I head her say 5 piece chickentenders (what I ordered) and I went up and she said very rudely I didn't call you and I say anything to you. Which could havebeen handled two different ways. I did the grown up thing and walked away. And someone else gave me my order in stead. I wishshe did so I could have checked her. Food always good and close to the area but sad the restroom are locked both of them they not allow to use for anybody. They... still thinking we are in pandemic time and scaring themselves this regulations or restrictions feeling is not worthy for thePeople who come and buy here they don?t allow to have restrooms available to anyone who comes inside this place. It's ok however the intercom for drive thru isn't great or the head set they use because they always have a problem hearing us.... Then because of that our order always comes out wrong. Example I ordered 2 mini cakes, they only gave us one and charged us forone... Not a major thing to be upset about but does get tiring Read more
I?ve been to this location in the past, by drive thru and Ive tolerated the wait. However today my nephews I decided to dine in... and this was just the cherry on the top for me. The manager Mary is clearly having issues managing the shift, I was the onlyperson ordering up front and she completely ignored me for a good 7 minutes. And she kept giving me attitude and honestly shereally needs to work on customer service. Do not recommend this location. Read more
First time I came they took forever but they seem to be low staffed so I waited. I came back a week later for jalapeño poppers... they took around 20 minutes for a small order. If you wanna stop by for a quick snack, don't don't waste your time, you'll loseyour hunger with the wait and there's literally no one in the store. The store is clean.
