WARNING: THEIR POSTED PRICES ARE INCORRECT FROM WHAT YOU ARE CHARGED AND THEY WILL NOT TELL YOU. Came and hour ago at 4:43:45... AM. Julieta, the shorter old Hispanic lady took my order. Found out the grilled chicken w cheese and bacon club sandwich wasn't7.79 as posted, but 8.19 after I got my order, pulled out and looks at my receipt. Went back to the drive thru, and Juliettagave me mad attitude saying she got nothing to do with it and shifting the blame to her manager for not changing the displayedprices. She said walk up to the drive thru window, which I did, but then she just kept acting like she didnt see me standingthere, and kept helping other ppl in the drive thru while I waited and my just-purchased food was getting cold. She refused toaccept responsibility or even say a simple sorry. No, she said it was my fault, her managers fault saying it's their job, nothers. Said she wasn't going to get rich by charging people more than products cost. Tried to make me feel dumb for standing upfor myself and asking for a refund or money back. She should be .kre understanding and compassionate. We work for our moneyaround here. Told her, if they have 1k customers a day, that $.40 cents adds up fast. Read more
Unprofessional management here. Cooks pay attention to orders, but it's management that's the real issue. They will mess up your... order more than two times and refuse to give more than one sauce, even though you bought around three meals with extra sides.Doordash orders here will always be messed up. Other Carl's are a way better experience, go here if it's a last resort but bewarned, you will be disappointed. Read more

Went to this location at 9:30pm on 8/7/22 and the employees did no let me in.. even tho the closing hr is at 10pm.. I asked the... lady why were they closed and she just shrugged her shoulders and told me to go thru the drive thru.. then she just went to siton a table and had coffee. Just Rude customer service from Julie!! I have never been here, but went here for the 1st time And she tried to get me to buy a... cookie just to use the restroom!! I could not hardly stand up to buy a Cookie to use the restroom!! If you want to charge someone to use the restroom at least have a token or a coin system I can use!! I use the drive thru at 8:51 10/25/21 and order the adult swim upgrade on the combo and got this dirty water and no toy . I call... to ask for another drink or my money back and she was rude and unprofessional telling me are you going to come back or is not myproblem I don?t see the sodas in the back . I am very unhappy with the service here. That girl needs to get fired for being so rude .Literally made me buy something else... by putting it on my tab without asking like are you serious? My burger was full of water and she didn't want to switch it . Hadto eat it . On top of that her attitude is very rude I don't even know how she has a job working customer service.
