Carl's Jr. is sinking. Over the years the quality of their food has regressed. And this Carl's Jr franchise is terrible. Despite... being across the street from the LA Memorial Collesium, this is maybe one of their worst franchises. My recommendation is thatyou avoid this restaurant. Rude manager and his staff follows suit. Inconsistent food preparation. They bristle at anycriticism. And they won't refund you for overcharges or for their mistakes. Over my 20+ years experience with them, the manageris a master of the run around. My advice; Stay away! There are a lot of better options for good food in the area without thehassle. The dining area has been closed pre-pandemic. They claim that it will be open again in January 2023. Don't hold yourbreath. Read more

I'm not a "fast food person", however whenever I eat out Carl's Jr is always at the top of my list..
Love the fried zucchini. They had a note posted due to supply shortage they didn't have certain menu items

My hand batter chicken strips was the best strips. They was crispy and season extra perfect for me. They did forgot to give me... my onions. Read more
Not as good as other ones I've been to. The fry's tasted like they have been sitting too long. The charbroiled BBQ chicken was... ok except the chicken was smaller then the bun. Also the dining room is closed. Definitely don't come here if you want to usethe bathroom. They say they open it for Lyft and Uber drivers but it was as though they didn't believe me. They are not veryfriendly either. Read more
I keep telling myself never to come back here but I Am always disappointed. The vegetables and the Burger always seem like they... are 3 days old. And the chocolate shake barely had any chocolate in it. I am done with this place. Read more
