Friendly staff. A nice spot to take a breather from the intensity of Hollywood. Feels like a woman owned establishment or at... least I hope it is. I had a great Matcha latte. Not the BS fake sugar fake Matcha kind. A real Matcha latte that had that littletang of bitter but she added some honey to it to make a little sweet just the way I like Life. Read more
I had the spicy brioche sandwich, hubs had the English muffin sandwich. The chipotle mayo had some kick, but not too much.... Tasted great. Hubs says the English muffin sandwich was also great. Fast, friendly service. Read more
Food is terrible for the price. The owner should go learn how to cook first before opening a cafe.
UPDATE: Initially, I had given the post 5 stars (see post at bottom). I went back to the shop a couple days later, and was... completely flabbergasted at my experience. I had a really unpleasant experience with the owner, asking me to get up from myseat so she could spend time talking to her husband, when their was clearly more than enough space for us all to enjoy the area.But the most important reason on changing my rating: THEY LET THE DOG BEHIND THE COUNTER!! Multiple times. ???? You can see fromthe picture it looks like the type of dog that sheds too. But thats not even the worse part - IT WENT BACK INTO THE KITCHEN!! Isaw the cook bend down and talk with it when it came in (couldn't verify if the cook actually made contact with it). The pictureshows one of the many times the dog was coming out of the kitchen. There is no reason an animal needs to be behind the counter,where food and drink items are being prepared. To assume that it's ok because 'it's just a dog' or something of the sort iscompletely unacceptable. The owner seemed like a full able-bodied individual - this was not a guide dog, etc. Thats why Idropped it to one star. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . REALLY GOOD COFFEE!! I?m usually just a Starbuckskinda person, but I throughly enjoyed the Vanilla Latte I had. Friendly staff too! I also ordered the pancake eggs and Turkeybacon - it was just ok. Not great, not bad.. just regular. I definitely recommend trying the coffee though. Read more
