Terrible drive thru service at night. I placed my order and this guy asked me to order for him since he didn't have a car, so I... ordered his food after paying for mine. The cashier ignored my presence and told the guy I helped that his order was ready, Iasked her if mine was ready, she replied all annoyed and told me to wait because the guy's order was first. I waited for 10minutes and she gave me my order in a careless manner. The cashier really rude, the guy who helped me in the drive thru not even say hi back. I finished order and he didn't say... anything at all, I was waiting like idiot. Then I asked him to add jalapeños to my order, he definitely charged me for but theydidn't put them in my food. I said to him, thank you and he didn't bothered in answering. Totally rude! It is very disgusting to see all trash out. They are all chit-chatting. The lady took about 3 4 minutes to help the person in... front of us. The cashier had an attitude and her face says she doesn't want to be at work. Tables are full of trash fromprevious customers. Floors are beyond dirty. Best Burger Shop! This is a very busy Burger King and I just went in and saw her manage everyone so well and respectfully. On... top of attending customers inside, she also was able to change a customers order take orders over her head set and manage thedelivery orders as well all within a five minutes!! Always a great spot to get great food. Atmosphere is very relaxing. A greatway to start the day and the coffee is good too I highly recommend burger king. Read more
