I ordered and paid cash $10.83 for a chicken sandwich, fries and a sprite. When I got home, opened my sandwich it was a kids... burger. The fries were lukewarm. I didn't check my sandwich before leaving the drive-thru trying to be considerate of the personbehind me. How could she messy up a simple our of one chicken sandwich and fries? Unbelievable! I will never go to this locationagain at 3036 Crenshaw Blvd. I am so disappointed with this switch up and too tired to go back!! Plus I searched for a receiptand realized there wasn't one, so no way to prove what I ordered and paid for, but did NOT get. Never ever again. Read more
There's always a lot of homeless people hanging around here inside and out. I asked to have a little mustard added to my burger... and they added sooo much condiments my burger was hard to hold without it damn near slipping out of my hands. I couldn't eventaste the burger all I could taste was mustard... Crazy! Read more
staff was very non especially with over pronunciation of body language pauses at correct times to make a average discount owner,... family , or newly trained staff hire to feel better than to make any accidentally unfamiliar voice announcement. Read more

I love that my fries are always hot when I eat here but they often get my order slightly wrong. Regardless they are very fast... and friendly. I appreciate the speed as I only get 30 min for lunch. Read more
Service was not good, the cashier kept touching her face, hair, and taking money without changing her gloves. Then got upset... when I asked her to change them before touching fries. The parking lot is very dark and there are a lot of people hanging outand drinking, selling drugs, just a bad scene. Something needs to be done, do not feel going there at night. Read more
It's a good Burger King to find on Crenshaw. The service is fast and reliable. I will comeback for more.
Not a good location. Homeless people hang out there and pan handle and harass folks wait was rather long.. IJS
