I ordered fries today that were very undercooked and I needed to fry them up to cook them properly.

I love the people that work here they are so nice and friendly and the rest rooms are clean that?s the most important part.
I went threw the drive thru for a coffee and the lady Ana had the best service ever her tone of voice over the spker made me... feel welcome I was feeling down , when drove up yes she brighten my day up the best Service ever may God continue to bless herwith positivity great customer service n beyond expectations I don?t even know her my first time I do recommend gore 5 starsmillion Read more
I am appalled at the way I was treated by the Manager Mary at this location. I went through the drive thru, ordered a #10, was... given a #2. Went inside to get it corrected. Mary proceeded to tell me it was my error and not the lady taking the order andthey do not take customers for their word anymore and basically called me a liar. Now typically this would not bother me, thefact that she sided with the employee and said we no longer take the customer side is what bothers me the most. The food is okay, the employees are rude and they give you a hard time just to use their bathroom.
I was going to eat lunch here today but when I walked in I immediately noticed they had the men's and women's restroom blocked... off with two large trash cans. I asked a worker there if the bathrooms were permanently closed or were they being cleaned? Shesaid they were going to be cleaned and would be closed for 30 minutes. Well I decided to go somewhere else for lunch. I only geta half an hour break and I definitely need to use the restroom. So I'm going somewhere else. For the past 4 years upon moving back to Los Angeles I've been going to my neighborhood Burger King and I can honestly say that... the service just kept getting more and more negative but in the last year has been the worst, today I think I was just irritated10 times out of 10 I can almost guarantee that my meal is going to be wrong something is going to be missed it's not going to becorrected and the signature Burger which is the Whopper is going to be missing lettuce tomato and onion and if you ask them tocorrect it they'll get upset and put even less lettuce tomato and onion on your next one but I think the biggest negative iswhen someone who's been taking your order on at least 70% of you visits, looks at you lies and says they've never seen youbefore or never helped you before or I'm mistaken them with another person even upon explaining to them you're my person who hashelped fix orders before and this is the neighborhood Burger King I come to today I was just tired of the whole meal being wrongand if after a day of work the last thing you want to do is go rolling around the city trying to find a Burger King when yoursis 2 minutes away from your house.
