I ordered the impossible whopper deal 2 for 12 dollars. This order comes with lettuce, pickles, onions, tomatoes, and cheese. ... My request was no pickles and onions. When I got my burgers, it only had the buns, the veggies meat, mustard, and ketchup. Whathappened to my other condiments? I also ordered a chocolate shake. When they gave it to me it was not blended correctly. I couldsee chunks of white, and the chocolate at the bottom was not mixed properly. Horrible customer service. The guy at the window got everyone's order wrong. Then got mad at the customer's for correcting him!
The worst customer service ever, completely dismissive and the young lady was annoyed that we ask for the burger to be fresh... off the boiler. We even tried to greet her and thanked her multiple times and she handed the food to us and walked away. Read more
We wanted late night fast food and this was nearby. Only the drive thru was open at the time. We had to wait at the speaker for... a few minutes since they were busy, and then a few minutes at the window to wait for our food. If you want to park in thelighted parking lot, you have to go back on the street and turn on a side street. The food is typical Burger King quality. Read more
The food is very good. I go there often. Went in last week after seeing commercial for 2 for 6dollars. Was told the sale was 2... for 7 dollars. They pointed to board on wall. Employees are not informed. Get it together. Read more
