Not a single person here can get it right. If you don’t understand how to use DoorDash or are offering things you don’t... have, maybe it’s time to reconsider being on 3rd party apps. This isn’t the first time where I’ve paid for things and getcompletely different, wrong, or missing items. You cannot follow simple instructions. You have all these great sauces, yourequire customers to pick one and then send my bland dry chicken. Something on your side isn’t working. Time to figure it outor get off DoorDash. Partners like you that don’t allow special requests/a place for customers to communicate don’t deserveto be on the platform. Your staff clearly needs the extra hand-holding. i ordered today 10.3.22 and received the order via third party. my order was not sealed. i ask for a refund but the manager... tracy it is her practice not to seal or seal orders and i am the only customer who had a problem with it. is this really thestores practice? i just want a refund. i honestly will just leave it outside. i cant give this to my 2 kids. i hope youunderstand. with covid and all it didn’t cross my mind that you will not seal my order. also you don’t give refunds if thereason is because it is not sealed? i am not trying to be picky but i don’t think that is sanitary at all. this ruined ournight. please issue a refund. if you want a photo or video that it is not sealed and that i will just leave it outside pleasegive me your contact information, i wanted a refund. Listen to the reviews! ZERO STARS! This is a horrible place to dine in starting with Management. We went to celebrate a friends... birthday here and got drinks on a menu with false advertisement and information where it stated that the drinks were a certainprice and when charged the price was doubled on the drinks. Mind you we showed the waiter the menus with the price right next tothem and ordered. When brought up to the managers attention, the manager dismissed it as a “oh well”. Alright. The food was pretty good and my drink wasn't bad but the music ruined my experience here. The music was loud and went... from like 2 Chains to Mariachi music and was just weird and annoying. There's a jukebox so anyone can pick music so get readyfor a change in songs. I think Ambience is important. But that's just my opinion. Read more

The place here seems to be for the Hispanic. The music with Hispanic and most of customers are Hispanic. :) No complaints about... it. But the tacos that i had is too salty and couldn't finish it. Other than that, a decent place as a sports bar. Read more

Overall I had a great experience at this location. Our server was nice and professional. We got the 10 boneless wings for $12... lunch deal and I was satisfied with the amount of sauce the wings had; our server even gave us extra sauce on the side withoutus asking. Read more
