I was only there for a delivery pick up. The service was very terrible. I walked up inside to pick up my delivery and there... wasn't anyone at the service desk. I was there for about 5 minutes before someone finally noticed me standing there and thestaff was very unprofessional beside the one black woman who was smiling and taking care of business. The person who helped meseem to didn't want to help me because she had a attitude and the one of the staff members was some busy clinging on her andwas talking about other staff members throughout the facility . I over heard her trying to put other employees down while shewas acting like she's all that. I had to shake my head and turn back to look at her. I feel that the staff could've been moreprofessional and not act like they won't to be there. We always come here and are good but today was just THE WORST.! The worst customer service I?ve ever experienced. The girl... checking us in didnt have no type of customer service. The guy sat us down and she went and got us and told us ?y?all gotta getup y?all not next it?s them? to me that?s so ghetto. Second she was loud and everyone was STARING! Embarrassing! We then askedto speak to a manager. After we settled everything this other manager name ?sharika ? just came while we were ordering anddidn?t even say hi or nothing and said ?did any of you threaten my employees? If I could give this place a 0 I would. It started with the language barrier between me and the cashier. She said that the 48... piece wings came with fries. Then she said at the end it doesn?t. They asked if we wanted celery and carrots we said yes, we didnot get them. We asked they fry the wings well done they were almost raw. I had 10 lemon pepper seasoning and we asked them ifthey could put mostly flats. They gave us all drums?. Smh $72 down the drain! Never again!! Read more
Good sports , bar service was good wings are excellant , hot is hot. Parking is inside and can be pretty far best to drop... party off first so only driver walks back. Lots of seating dont know why people have to waif wait at door,bar is alwaysopen...... Read more
I've been here a few times primarily to watch a game. Sit at the bar and enjoy the huge media screen. The "ultimate nachos" with... no meat is my vibe & Goose Island is the beer special. The Bartender(s) are always nice. Underground parking, plenty. I'll beback! Read more
For vegetarians, they now offer cauliflower wings and you can pick from any of their original sauces!! I tried garlic parmesan... and they were perfect. Lots of good beer specials as well. Sat at the bar and the service was quick and friendly. Read more
Sat at the bar which wasn?t clean. Ordered wings n tacos which were good. Draft beer system pressure settings don?t seem... correct, 50% keg yield at best. Bartenders need training on how to pour a Guinness properly!! Offered a suggestion which wasignored, 15 minutes later and 3 pints of foam poured down the drain I finally had my Guinness. Went to the bathroom and alongthe way noticed tables weren?t clean either. Maybe this place is running at a loss for tax reasons as I see similar posts tomine recently with ?the owner? providing generic responses.
