The quality here has gone down hill and the prices have gone way up (as they have everywhere, I suppose). I used to really... enjoy their food but I've had my last meal here. The bruschetta was mediocre (though huge portions), the wine incrediblyexpensive and the jidori chicken simply not good. Read more

Holy mackerel Blair’s was incredible. I loved loved loved the food - the meatballs and polenta, deviled eggs, pasta with kale... and sausage, bruschetta, bread and butter and calamari, my heavens. The only issue was being so full that I couldn’t enjoyall of it. Cant wait to go back. Read more

Really love the food here. So many great options. A handful of beer and wine options. A good date night vibe at night.

The atmosphere of the restaurant was nice and the waiters were friendly but the food was so, so, so disappointing. We tried the... calamari, deviled eggs, pasta with fontina and truffle oil, meatballs, and the flourless cake for dessert. The calamari tastedlike it was fried two hours prior and sitting under a heating lamp. The deviled eggs were okay but not worth the price. Themeatballs were uninspired, lukewarm, a bit bland, the polenta was under seasoned. Okay, the pasta was delicious and the onlything we really enjoyed. And the flourless cake tasted stale and just not up to standard. Like I got it at a grocery store. Thewhipped cream was yum though. I’m open to coming back to try more pasta dishes and potentially pizza but the food for themost part was mid. Read more

I eat out a lot and am rarely impressed with every dish. At Blair's each item was just delicious, even the simple ones -... bruschetta, olives, fries, pickle salad (?!), pasta, pan fried trout (a rare menu item in LA) and roast Jidori chicken.Beautiful back patio. We were there for a large party with a pre-planned menu and service was prompt and friendly. Read more

Honest review: This place is a hidden gem. If you’re looking for a typical American style overly salted pasta, Olive Garden... is what you’re looking for. This place is about authentic Italian flavors and is the first pasta I’ve had here in LA thatreminds me of pastas I had in Italy. Had the Calamari for an app, the gnochetti with mushrooms and breadcrumbs, the cavatelliwith truffle oil and the tiramisu for $85 (water only for beverage). The cavatelli was exceptional; a dish with pecorino andtruffle oil that was completely non reliant on salt, but rather a creamy truffle oil flavor. (When a dish doesn’t bank on saltfor flavor, it allowed the oil and pasta itself to shine). Actually, a bite of half cavatelli and half the gnochetti was theperfect bite lol. Best tiramisu I’ve ever had and will come back for that alone many times to have with espresso. I learnedthat the pastas are made in house every day fresh and that they don’t have a freezer, which blew my mind! Food was deliciousand the staff and ambiance were delightful. One of my favorite spots I’ve had in LA. ????. Read more

The atmosphere at this restaurant is so nice and cozy, I loved the lighting and staff. The food....was mediocre.....I just felt... like it needed more flavor (acid, salt or spice). Maybe they are dedicated to simple, subtle flavors. The food wasn't bad byany means, but I just prefer bolder flavors. The wine was delicious!!! Read more

Four stars for the food! I've enjoyed the Trout with Quinoa, it was nicely baked, tender but with a crispy bites, on a sweet... side understandably because of the raisin yogurt sauce. This is a beautiful modern place. I will give 1 star for the service. When we mentioned we were new to the restaurant, our hostess/server did a poor job explaining the simple menu options withmumbling and was being very non-descriptive, especially when there weren't any descriptions in the first place. We tried makingit obvious that we couldn't hear what she was saying multiple times, but to no avail. We've pretty much ordered what wasfamiliar to us of what we could read out of the menu. It was a struggle enough to ask her to give us any kind of description. Weshouldn't have tried asking for desert because of how she was. Instead we said, "None for us, check please ". Read more
