The Birria Ramen was Delicious! Very meaty and the broth had a Great Flavor!

WOW!!! AND OMG!! sooooo the Tacos were delicious and the birria consume juice is amazing but the Birria Ramen is bomb!! The... Ramen had big chunks of meat, its so filled with flavor and worth the drive over here.....It's so good that i never want to eatat another Birria truck ????. One star is too many for this review. They made a mistake on my order and they refused to hear that there was an issue. I tried... to explain to what appeared to be the owner and he rudely yelled they don?t give away food. I wasn?t asking for a handout butthat?s how they acted. At the very least an apology would have been appreciated for the making the mistake on my order. Theircustomer service is horrendous and the food quality is not worth the headache of dealing with their terrible attitude. Read more

The service here is amazing. Those who work makes you feel as if they?ve known you forever. The cook does his very best to make... sure your food is not just picture worthy but very presentable to you. He always is spot on when it comes to making sure you getexactly what you ask for. I always come back especially for taco Tuesday! The melted cheese, the soft birria, and good salsa isa great combination with a coke. Let?s keep in mind it is very hard to find two teenagers working. Also you never know what theymay have. Please be kind to those around you. And if you?re having a bad day do not try and take it out on them. Both boys arevery helpful. Queso tacos are FIRE! We found this truck on accident looking for another truck. Man where we lucky. The consume' awesome and... flavorful. And the fried crisp cheese!!! All I can say is this was the best mistake iv made. Read more

If you live in west LA and you want birria; this spot is the best you?ll find without having to drive 45 min. They weren?t very... busy, but pretty slow putting the tacos together...but well worth the wait. Read more
