I went to Ben's very first time today and ordered a chicken hearty bowl with extra pork shoulders and chickpeas. The food was... warm, tasty and super fresh. I will definitely go back and try other things on the menu soon. This restaurant is amazing! Read more

This is the tastiest healthy food you will ever find! Their bowls were so delicious. The meat was so tender, the vegetables were... super fresh, and the sauce really brings it all together. The flavors ???? and quality of everything was spot on. I definitelyrecommend this spot to people who don't have the time to cook their own meals but want to be healthy when eating out! Decided to try via Uber Eats. I got the chicken hearty bowl. Delivery was fast. Food was fresh, delicious and reasonably priced.... They even threw in a little personal touch. Don't miss out on this place, they appear to be new in LA, but their food is really really good. I was a little curious what all... would be in the chicken mixed bowl, just because it's only $7.95, I was genuinely surprised, at least 9 different types ofvegetables, they use spring mix instead of just throwing some iceberg lettuce in like other places. The chicken was tender andcooked to perfection, the seasoning was not over-powering. But the thing that really brings the bowl together is the sauce,amazing quality, allergy friendly and most importantly so tasty! Thank you Ben for providing a place like this. Wish I had pictures to post, but my family dug in before I had a chance to snap a photo. We tried the chicken hearty bowl, pork... hearty bowl, chicken garden bowl and pork garden bowl. The chicken and pork were moist and flavorful, and paired nicely with thetexture of the brown rice and veggies. The sauces were delicious! We tried all of them, and my favorite was the lemon thyme. Wealso tried a side of the chickpeas, which were uniquely spiced and cooked so that they were soft but not mushy. Finished themeal with the dark chocolate cashew pudding which was absolutely delicious - rich and sweet with a perfect texture, but doesn?tleave you feeling icky. My family is pretty skeptical of healthy food since it?s usually expensive and tastes like cardboard,but we will definitely be ordering from Ben?s Fast Food again. Ordered through Post-mates. Got confirmation. Waited. Nothing. Discovered that they handle delivery on their own outside of... Postmates. Called them directly, got auto directed to Postmates who had to put me on hold and call them. Came back on to saythat Ben?s had no delivery available tonight and canceled my order after two hours.
