Ordered the 3 red enchiladas with no rice and a Barbacoa taco. The taco was delicious as usual. The enchiladas were not of the... quality they were in the past. My enchiladas had almost 0 chicken in them. They tasted like cheese enchiladas. I came whenit was busy so it took like 20 minutes for this substandard plate. Sorry I didn't take photos I should have but I was too hungry. I happen to see this place on television and I've seen one or two... of his trucks around town. This particular day I found myself right in front of this restaurant I've eaten here before, it's amust taste it's a different take on Mexican food or Hispanic food trying to be PC but it's a must try. Arrived around 4:30 pm. On a Tuesday (Normally Taco Tuesday in the US, except here). When I asked for Tuesday specials the lady... recommended me the “3 tacos for only $8.99. “ Felt a little bit pricey but decided to give it a try just to realize thenthat that’s the regular price always for the taco plate.
