The order was right and the wait seemed a bit long but all was fine except the part where it was 85ºf outside and was a lot... hotter once I stepped inside. The owners of this location need to seriously consider employees well being, it was ridiculouslyhot and I wasn?t standing infront of ovens or working like the employees were. As a costumer I was able to notice how more thanhalf the staff seemed exhausted due to the heat. I?m surprised this location is up and running with no ventilation, the worsepart of it all was when I saw a small fan as if that would help the whole kitchen part. if you walk anywhere near an auntie anne's, you will get a wiff of sweet warm bread. their pretzel bites (original cinnamon) are... bite sized pieces of love. some of them had a little amount of cinnamon others were not which was good because it might havebeen too much if all of them were full of cinnamon. they also have pizza bites and hot dog bites! :) Read more
I ordered a regular cinnamon bites and received regular small pretzel. It?s the messing my order up even though you clearly... heard me and also read the order back to me but still got it wrong for me. I hope you get trapped in a spider web. This location of Auntie Anne's was clean and easy to order, but I didn't like how they didn't serve utensils here. I ordered the... cinnabon bites, which were delicious but I wasn't able to receive an fork since they don't have them. So, you can imagine it wasan bit messy using my fingers. The lines are long and the space is cramped but I came to Auntie Anne?s for a reason. I came because their pretzels and frozen... lemonades are the best. They have a wide variety of flavors like sour cream and onion or pepperoni pretzels too. The strawberrylemonade was an intense rush of amazing flavor. It?s not healthy but it is great and the cost isn?t bad for what you?re getting. Read more
Bought 4 pretzels to take home they were all burned and dry wanted to surprise my boys and they were bad
