Jose treated me, a sick old man with an attitude of kindness and humanity not found in any other business establishments in this... seemingly racially divided unhappy neighborhood. This place is called angry Chickz but I can assure you that you'll leave feeling happy. I recommend trying the angry Mac &... Cheese, it's different especially since most people aren't use to their Mac & cheese having some kick to it. The Chickensandwiches are also really good choose the level of heat that you want to try. Feeling bold?? you can go with a high level ofheat ????.. The Cashier will give you a final warning ?? of what you may be getting yourself into should you choose the highlevels of heat, so that should tell you something lol. Honestly, food in here is awesome. Their fries is one of the best I?ve ever tasted! But their employees need to learn some... manners. I mean come on everyone has bad days but that doesn?t mean you have to take that on any customer spatially the onecustomer who?s being nice to you. Thumbs up for the food though! Read more
This is one of the best fried chicken spots in LA. Fresh and super juicy chicken. Made to order, not like Dave?s where they just... make a bunch and have it sitting under a heat lamp. Great staff and manager/owner is very kind. They all seem to enjoy working,and it shows in their food. 5/5 would recommend to anyone and have been going for over a year now. Read more
Angry chickz was great. I got the mild slider and Mac and cheese. My brother and his gf got the fries and 2 chicken tenders and... enjoyed them as well. To my surprise actually I liked this better than Dave?s hot chicken. Will be back once I?m back in LA area????. Read more
Best chicken slider ever! I love their medium spicy but there's also no spice and extra spicy. You can even sign a waiver to get... the spiciest if that's your favorite ???? their raspberry tea was soo good and cannot finish expressing how delicious thischicken sandwhich is. They have an option with fries and another option of the chicken with rice. Both options as reallydelicious. The manager is super nice n cool, we met him the first couple times we visited before they changed their restaurantname. Highly recommend this place! Read more
