I've been coming here for years now and every single time, it's been a great experience. I've become such a regular at this... point that the staff knows my order without a second thought. The manager (Jonas) creates a friendly environment for the staffwhere customers can have casual conversations with the workers while they make bowls. Ingredients are fresh, sauces aredelicious, staff is friendly, and the portions are generous. I've seen and experienced an extra large scoop once or twice so Ican't complain. If you're from the Eagle Rock/Pasadena/Glendale area, the Poke here is cheaper than most places with moreoptions. Read more
Disappointed with the way they have become cheap. The scoops became drastically smaller while they increase the prices?! It also... doesn?t help that I saw them throw away so much food! Considering the new food waste law in Cali, that was so disappointing? Italso seems like they don?t treat their staff with respect. You can just sense it when you walk in. This is basic poke done well. Cheap for a poke place but good ingredients. Salad rice or tortilla chips. Lots of protiens and... toppings to choose from. You can choose hot cold or room temp water. Seating is basic. A couple tiny tabkes outside when weatheris nice. All mix together in same bowl. Read more
Not safe for delivery orders. They don't read instructions at all. I'm gluten intolerant and said so in my direction. Asked for... no crab salad because fake crab salad is a pile of gluten. What I got was a double helping of crab salad along with less fish Iordered. This poke spot is a safe place to order from in person but I don't recommend getting delivery from them at all as theygenerally don't seem to care about food allergies when you're not standing there.
