This place consistently has some of the worst service I've ever had. We were in town for work and ate there 4 nights, every... night was the same. Wasn't ever very busy but we could not get service. One night we (3 men) sat for about 15 minutes waitingand watched a table of women come in and get served immediately by the guy who always wears a vest. When he walked away fromthe women and by us I asked if we could get service and he said he would have to come back to us. He was clearly two busyhelping the females. He never came back. I finally got help from a waitress who was walking by our table and was not assignedto our section. Anytime we needed anything I had to flag her down. The vest guy only came back to bring us our check. The nextday I sat for 15 minutes before I could get anyone to help me, again it was not busy at all. After 20 minutes I finally got adrink and asked for a menu. No one came back to even take my order until I was there for over a half hour. It was then I had toask for chips, which they bring to everybody. I noted again that the vest guy was there and appeared to have no clue about whatwas going on with his patrons. I was always respectful and very thankful to the waitresses who did help. When the food finallydid come it was pretty good, and the chips they bring are very addicting. I believe the management needs lessons in customerservice. Unfortunately we are stuck staying in this area and there is not a lot of options in walking distance. Read more

Solid casual hotel dining. While the food was nothing special, everything tasted good, and the service was attentive and prompt.... The wine pours were very generous and the server made great recommendations accompanied by healthy tastes of some local wines (afew of which I grabbed bottles of before leaving California). Good spot for a casual bite with friends, and a relaxed patio withsome nice fireside seating. Read more

Staff are really friendly and nice here at the restaurant inside/adjacent to the hotel. The servers allowed us to finish our... food and drinks, even though they were getting ready to close. Drinks are strong, and food is okay, but the fire pits arewonderful and awesome! Read more

Ordered breakfast while staying at the hotel. Used the app to order and went down to pick up my order when I got a text is was... ready. Great service by the attendant when I asked for some sri racha sauce and she gave me some in a small container. Read more

A pleasant surprise! The rooms were clean and supplied with small details for comfort. The restaurant and atmosphere seems to be... a community favorite. Food, Excellent ... Parking free and direct access to rooms. Already have reservations to stay at thishotel again soon! Read more

Super unusal place as in I wouldn't think of normally going to a hotel for brunch, but came here on a date and really loved... it! Good: This place is in a hotel, so there's ample outlets and places to charge and some tables even have a TV attached tothem and that's just pretty unique in my opinion. The staff here are also so nice! They checked in on us a lot and made itreally easy to order and get water refills. I really liked my chicken pot pie dish - brought me back to childhood days and thetaste was really good - portions huge too! The fries were great too. They give you free potato chips that are super crunchy andtaste good too. I liked the french onion soup too - really flavorful. Bad: I wasn't the biggest fan of the french dip - thesandwich itself was missing some key flavor. Overall such a cool place! I would come back since the prices were also reallyreasonable. Read more
