Almost afraid to write this because I don?t want the big buff owner to retaliate against the chef and think this was coming from... him, but I saw the big owner or front line worker being very rude and snapping at the older cook in the back. Just overall badvibes and weird atmosphere. Pizza tasted like cafeteria style pizza from an elementary school. I?ve tasted frozen pizza withmore flavor and better texture. I cannot believe this place exists in prime real estate in downtown Los Altos. What a weirdworld. How can this place stay open? Read more
Good pizza but got my order wrong twice in a row and refused to acknowledge it when we told them. Once I get, but twice? It?s... not complicated to do half on one side and half on the other. Read more

Worst service ever seen in a fast food restaurant. The clerk was like a lunatic. He was very rude to the customers. Maybe he is... out of love. Their staff is not hygienic either, they started making pizza without cleaning their hands after touching somethingunclean. Read more
