Update: Cappucino Monday morning was great, and the croissant was more to my liking than Manresa, Midwife, or Maison Alyzee's. ... Flaky, but not burnt, perfect layers, no burnt shortening odor, tasted fresh, no need to reheat. (11 months ago) If you arefeeling an avocado toast for brekkie or lunch, give Red Berry's protein rich version a try. You get a poached egg, beets, chickpeas, and ricotta, as well as an artfully sprinkled microgreen/edible flower mix. You also get a choice of mixed fruit orsalad. Being a lover of fruit, I always choose the mixed fruit, but it has been a 'mixed' bag. I appreciate RB gives yougrapes, strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, instead of the more common and often maligned apples, grapes, and cantaloupemix (which are often underripe or slimy). The grapes were excellent today, crisp and sweet, but the blueberries, blackberries, strawberries were mushy and/or bruised. If I had dined-in, the customer service is great, and I am sure RB would've replaced mymixed fruit upon request. On a personal note, I like that the bread is toasted golden, as some places char it or leave it soft. I do prefer a leaner bread, but if you love rich brioche, sturdy challah slices, you will love RB's avo toast. Good toknow: The slice can be bigger or smaller, it's the luck of the draw! Read more

Nice "slower pace" setting with ample parking, and other options for outdoor seating. Less contentious occupy-table behavior, or... students camping out all day behaviors. Coffee is a 4, hence the star rating. Generally an easier place to meet without havingto worry about lines and space. Read more

What a perfect place to change it up a bit. I am a branded coffee drinker, mostly out of necessity. So I appreciate cafes that... are unique and offer unique experiences. The customer service is so good. Everyone is west coast relaxed. Love this place. Read more

I have been living in California for 18 years, with my husband on weekends we go to different areas of the Bay Area and Los... Altos is one of my favorites. We had lunch and stayed for coffee. Today we tried this cafeteria: The interior is very warm, Iorder a mocha and a matcha with ice and we sit on the wide terrace facing the street. It has many tables with umbrellas, thewifi is good, the atmosphere is very calm and the service is very fast. From Monday to Friday it opens at 7:30am, on weekends itopens at 8am and closes at 4pm. I highly recommend Red Berry. Surely on my next visit to Los Altos I will return to this place. Read more

Friendly staff and good (if pricey) food. I appreciated the flexibility to accommodate different dietary needs. I tried the... avocado toast with and egg and every part was tasty. I really liked the beets they had on top. I also appreciated that theirfruit was mostly berries, rather than honeydew and cantelope. Read more

This place is super cute for working in! Tons of outlets and I liked their egg white sandwich and smoked salmon sandwich - super... unique tastes and the owners here are quite nice. The wifi speed is super fast and there?s ample seating. I wasn?t as big of afan of their vanilla lattes but everything else was really quaint and cozy. Read more
