The Vietnamese Shaking Beef was so good, it?s melt-in-your-mouth good! One bite took me back to my childhood when my grandma... would make this dish for us. The lemon grass tofu Banh Mi was so flavorful, that even a carnivore like me loved it! All andall, amazing food with great flavors! Great portions and amazing vegetarian/vegan options. Pho Banh Mi has all the goods: good drinks, delicious pho, banh mid, and delicious pho. The menu has all the Vietnamese food... options you would look for, yet it?s simple. Their menu makes me want to come back and try everything on their menu. I triedthe Special Pho #1 and traditional springs rolls recently. This day was a record high in the Bay Area, but I thoroughly enjoyedthe hot bowl of pho. The meat was tender, and the broth was clean and perfect. They were generous with the meat portion. Thespring rolls and fresh ingredients and their peanut sauce eas just right. Since it was a hot day, I had the honey lavender bobadrink. There was delicious honey at the bottom of it. My friend had the peach infused drink, which was also refreshing for a hotday. They have both indoor and outdoor seating. The ambience is good at the edge of downtown Los Altos. I had this soup at this Vietnamese restaurant and it was un-pho-getable. The bowls that serve pho are generous portion with bo... vien (meatball) and thit tai (flank steak). The broth was very flavorful. And you will love the glass rice noodles that comewith it as well. If you have not tried pho before, then you are missing out on a lot. . Don't forget to try their VermicilliBowl. An entire meal in one bowl is fun delish assemble system.
