Most of my orders get canceled. I hear they just don't have enough drivers. $4.99 delivery fee, plus another $5 tip, and they... can't cough up more for drivers. It doesn't seem to matter when I order. I picked the lowest traffic time to order todayand... cancelled. Get it together. This happens way too often and I feel like the folks in charge have no idea. I have never experienced a situation like this with this Dominos. I have called to check on my online order that I have been... waiting for well over an hour for. I get a call center, which I never knew they had. Can?t even get ahold of the store, gettinghung up on constantly, it?s even impossible to cancel my order. This used to be a good store, I don?t know what happened all ofa sudden. Now as of this writing, the tracker says my order just reached the oven pushing two hours later. What is really sadand poor customer service is the fact of trying to call the store, (which at one time was easy), and getting hung up on.Something needs to be fixed somehow. I?m editing my review to two stars because I have just now received my order roughly twohours after ordering online and everything came nice and hot. So that?s a plus in my book. But, there?s still the issue withbeing hung up on when the customer is trying to reach the store. And the extremely long wait for the orders to get to thecustomer. There are some wrinkles that seem to need to be ironed out if this store is going to be what it once was. Read more
I?ve ordered online several times in the last few months. Either the pizza sits in prep for well over an hour or more or they... cancel my order without an explanation or phone call. Only two of those orders were for delivery. So delivery isn?t the issuehere. I usually pick up in store. Anytime it seemed like they wouldn?t be ready by the estimated time, we would call. Thencall again. This time my husband just called over and over for 10 minutes. They just kept hanging up the phone. I can?t getmy order and even cancelling an order becomes impossible when they won?t answer the phone. I am not sure what change they madeover the last few months that has caused the service to go downhill so quickly, but I hope the issue is fixed soon. Read more
It breaks my heart how terrible this place has become. We just had to cancel our order for the third time in as many months for... taking well over two hours. My heart goes out the employees as they must receive nothing but anger for something that isentirely management?s fault. As for management, a generic apology e-mail and the offer for a free pizza is not the way to handlethis. Hire more employees and pay them more. It is entirely within your power to fix this and you simply won?t. If you can?tkeep up with the business you have, then close and make room for someone who will do what they promise. Read more
Day shift manager on 8/11/22: You are the first person in over a year of ordering from your location that overall properly... handled an issue, thank you. You earned two stars. I placed a delivery order for 10:45am. Minus a star: I asked, there was nooffer, if you would remake the order since at the time of our call it was about 12:15pm & it had been sitting on the rack since10:55. You said yes & that you had an issue of low drivers to order ratio. There should have been that offer. Minus a star: Tothe person who answered the phone initially, you need to be properly trained on how ?a little backed up? isn?t an acceptableanswer when the customer has been waiting over 2 hours for their order. It doesn?t matter if you just got on your shift, youshould ask the manager to take the call or ask the manager what should the response be in regards to the order. Changing my old 5 star review to 1 star. I've just had too many issues with this place and today was the last straw. I'm tired... of getting cold, hard pizza. I don't care if it takes 3 hours to get to me because they're busy, as long as I get my pizza warmand fresh. But when I wait 3 hours and get the entirely wrong pizza that is also cold, that's extremely disappointing. Don't youguys have a heat lamp or something to keep pizzas warm while waiting for a delivery driver? I asked for a refund and hoping theygive it to me, otherwise will just dispute the charge since it was the wrong pizza. A free pizza doesn't help when it will justbe another painful experience. Ordered online for delivery, their tracker says it was delivered. It wasn't. Called the store and apparently they delivered to... wrong address. No big deal. Guy tells me he'll make up the order again and get it delivered. Over an hour later no pizza andnot even a call to say hey we aren't going to deliver it. Called the store for a refund. Guy that answered the phone was rude,the manager was rude. I've ordered lots of stuff from this place. Not anymore. Read more
Ordered only one pizza, immediately got placed on prep not too long after placing it for almost a half hour, called them twice... (along with being placed on hold and then hung up afterwards, I also looked at the reviews for this Domino's and you guys werenot wrong about them hanging up), had to call them from a different number and they picked up after being on hold for about 5-10minutes, had to ask if my pizza was gonna be delivered, they told me that it was gonna take about 10 minutes for it to be readyand delivered (not even surprised that it wasn't being made at all), which about 20-25 minutes go by after I called with thestatus not being changed on the app. Completely had to cancel my order for good, the guy that picked up the phone on the 4thtime was pretty understanding of the situation, even though my order was just only cash upon delivery, gotta appreciate therefund though. Giving this 2 stars because of that person who picked up the phone being understanding about the cancellationeven though I should've given it a one star for the overall service, which will never be ordering from Domino's again despitethe fine experiences I had with them in the past, just felt completely disappointed with this one.
