Lack of courtesy and customer care. I bought an oatmeal they didn?t give me a spoon. I called to complain since I had driven off... and now I have no way of eating my oatmeal and I wanted a refund.They brought up some change to the state law about not givingplastic utensils away. State law, doesn?t prevent you from offering a plastic spoon when you order oatmeal. The shift lead or onduty manager Allie had some talking points ready saying that they?ve been coached to not offer spoons. Then why sell somethingthat requires a spoon to eat. Read more
I like the layout of this Starbucks. It's very open, spacious, and it has a great bank of windows toward the street that makes... it very bright inside.
