The portion size for $7 was insanely small ???? didn't even come to the top of the cup. The ice cream was very soft. Looked more... like soup than a scoop of ice cream. For a chain restaurant, I think they have the best ice cream by far. Berry berry good is my favorite.
Over priced, i would just as well go to Rite-aide for Thrifty ice cream. What you get is nothing like the pictures. It was a... mess , they ran out of the yellow cake mix in and moose track fudge. Cold Stone has always had good ice cream, but I don't get why their prices are so high. I bought two small cups (no cone) and... one medium cup (with a waffle cone) and it cost $18! Huh? I should have driven a little farther and got just as good Thrifty'sice cream from Rite Aid for half the price! I'm pretty sure this is the last time I'll be at Cold Stone unless I receive a giftcard. Read more
This place super cool. Rylie did a great job full filling my hearts desire for ice cream. I can proudly say i will be coming... back to this superb establishment. The ice cream is delicious. My issue is with an employee. She?s tall with curly/full hair. Both times same employee was... present. She?s more concerned with making waffle bowls (both visits), than helping customers. She is doesn?t seem interestedin making the ice cream or customers happiness. Tonight, I had asked for a large. After mixing the ice cream, she put it in amedium bowl. I then stated, I ordered a large. She then slammed the ice cream in a large bowl, got some plain vanilla andsmacked it on the top. Didn?t mix with the original order. She sprinkled something on top and that was it. She was clearlyirritated with me. For the price if this ice cream, you would expect better service. The ice cream is tasty and not too expensive but I have found hair twice in my ice cream from this location. Maybe I need to ask... for no hair? I spoke with the manager and he didn?t seem too concerned. How hard it is to put your hair back and under your hat? Read more
